Trip to Fantasy Island - French Harbour, Roatán, Honduras

Day 2

Had a Great nights Sleep; the Resort is very quiet at night. After a great Breakfast, I headed to the Airport to get then Rest of the Group that was coming in.

Everything went very smoothly picking them up at the Airport, once they got all their luggage, we loaded the Fantasy Island Bus and headed to the Resort.

We got everyone all Checked-In to their rooms. Then we went for a Snorkel Tour.

The water is very clear.

After our Snorkel Tour we went for a Cruise around the Island of Roatán

Some of the sites were sad to see.

Some of the sites were sad to see.
There are many some little Islands, with other Resorts and Restaurants along the way.

The Marina at Fantasy Island where some of the folks that live that Sail from Island to Island.

And the Monkey's, who could forget the Monkey's
This little guy liked playing Pee-a-Boo

And they Loved to play.

While they also Love to Drink - that was Holly's, but not anymore, They took it, and ran up the tree.

Later that day we found them again, they were asleep on Eric's Balcony.
They were very sweet.

That evening we went to Dinner, then sat around the Lobby and listened to the Band play, and talk about our Adventure for the day and plan what we were going to do the next day.

Trip to Fantasy Island - French Harbour, Roatán, Honduras

Day 1 - We boarded our flight from Houston to Roatán, Honduras We flew in on TACA, our flight left Houston at 5am. This was our in-flight breakfast that was served.

We had a lay-over in San Salvador and had Lunch there at the airport; at a Really nice (not expensive) little place. And the wait staff was very nice and friendly.

From San Salvador we took a small flight over to Roatán, Honduras.

Once we arrived at the airport in Roatán, Honduras - we went thru Customs & Immigrations, and since this was a very small flight, it did not take long at all to get thru.

We claimed our bags then went out to get on the Fantasy Island Bus to take us to the Resort.

Once there we changed and went to check out the Beach.
The Beach was a Very nice Beach, it is a Private Beach, so you do not have people walking up and down the beach trying to Sell you stuff.

After some beach time is was time to Shower and get ready for Dinner; after dinner we sat in the Lobby with some of the other travelers, talking and listening to what they had done that day.

A very relaxing time.
